Daily program: 8 days

Day 1

Opening session for team introductions. Each team presents their project for 2 minutes with the main challenge identified. Establish a common ground and understand challenges.

Day 2

Post challenges on a central board, identify teams with potential solutions, and hold initial pairing sessions between teams. Start forming integrative relationships between projects.

Day 3

Design group work sessions based on challenge types, analyze shared opportunities, and draft preliminary solutions. Build initial collaborative solution models.

Day 4

Each team presents its model for review by other teams and mentors. Refine solutions and prepare for final development.

Day 5

Teams present their concepts developed during pairing sessions, discuss collaboration value, and prepare files for the virtual phase. Close the in-person experience.

Day 6

Open a communication platform between Saudi and Qatari teams. Form cross-country pairings and hold digital work sessions under mentor supervision to build cross-border relationships.

Day 7

Work in mixed teams to develop marketing presentations (story + value + scalability), hold review sessions with mentors, and prepare projects for professional exhibition.

Day 8

Present final projects, select projects for the Hadaj exhibition, hold evaluation and personal reflection sessions, and crown the experience.
